About the Role:
As a key member of our retail team, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist clients with product selections, and share your expertise in herbs and natural remedies. You’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Age: 20 – 29 years old
• Education: Grade 12 / Matric (additional courses in health, wellness, or sales a plus)
• Experience: 1–2 years in retail or customer service; experience with herbal or natural products is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of herbs, natural remedies, and wellness products
