Temporary Supervisor (Maternity Cover – 4 Months)

Seamoss Africa is seeking a Temporary Supervisor to cover a maternity leave period. The role
is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring smooth team
performance and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise daily warehouse and dispatch operations
● Manage and support warehouse staff
● Ensure orders are processed, packed, and dispatched accurately
● Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies
● Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality, and safety standards
● Provide daily reporting to management

Requirements:
● Previous supervisory experience (warehouse or FMCG environment preferred)
● Strong leadership and communication skills
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
● Basic computer and reporting skills
● Reliable and professional

Availability: Must be available to commit to the full 4-month contract.
