Questions about the special
How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work on the gel?
Buy any two 375ml Seamoss Gel jars in a single order and the third is free — added automatically at checkout or by our staff in store. Gel is in-store collection only.
Can I get the special online as well as in store?
Yes. The 15% discounts apply online and across all five retail outlets for the full promotional period. Seamoss gel remains collection-only, even when ordered online.
Why can’t seamoss gel be delivered?
Our gel is made fresh in small batches and kept refrigerated from production to counter, so it can’t be couriered safely. Adding gel to an online cart switches the order to Order & Collect at your nearest branch.
Can I combine the special with other discounts or coupons?
Heritage Day pricing is already our best price for the period, so it can’t be stacked with other coupons or promotions.
What happens if a product sells out during the promotion?
Specials run while stock lasts. If an item sells out we’ll restock where we can, but we can’t guarantee availability for the full period on every product.
