Customer Service Representative

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 6 months’ experience in a customer service 
  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate 
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and data capturing)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team
  • Good time management and ability to multitask
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Process orders, returns, and customer requests accurately
  • Maintain customer records and update systems
  • Provide product or service information to customers
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
